The Chain Drug Review recently honored Rick Gates, College of Pharmacy alumnus and Walgreens' senior vice president of pharmacy and health care, for his dedication to expanding new community pharmacist roles as health care providers.

At the College of Pharmacy, many diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts have been led by faculty member Jeanine Abrons.

The Health Sciences Social Justice Reading Group was started by faculty, staff, and students interested in furthering discussions related to social justice and health equity.
