| Donna Brus
Donna Brus began working at Division of Drug Information Service in October of 1984. She was hired as an Office Coordinator, where she was in charge of the merit staff and to ensure the monthly updates were sent out on time. Donna is currently an Administrative Assistant at the Division of Drug Information Service.
Donna's most memorable moment at the college is when she was locked in the Duplicating Room at Westlawn with another employee who ran the microfiche duplicator. She comments that people were shoving notes throught the door and calling on the phone, and two hours later, maintenance came and had to take the door off the hinges. The staff were all standing outside the door and clapping when they finally emerged!
Donna's plans for post - retirement include travel, travel, and more travel. When Donna is not working she enjoys gardening, fishing, and watching NASCAR, as well as playing cards. Donna's perfect vacation is to go fishing on a secluded lake in the Canadian wilderness, which she has done for the past six years. |
