College Division Hosts Faculty / staff Retreat
The Clinical and Adminstrative Division (CAP) sponsored a faculty and staff retreat January 18th-19th at the Holiday Inn in Coralville, IA. The focus of the retreat was "moving CAP to the next level" -- setting the stage to prioritize its diverse missions. The program helped to develop strategies for the future of the division. The invited facilitator was Mac Bogert of Allen Zabriskie Associates. He has worked with a number of organizations including the DHHS Public Health Fellows program. "The faculty retreat was a terrific opportunity for faculty to revisit their roles as members of the CAP community and to begin to build division-wide initiatives that benefit everyone", said Bernard Sorofman, faculty member and head of division.
